I don't know if I'll ever make it here since the GVB stopped running the 1 euro ferry, but it goes on the list nonetheless.

Hotel de Goudfazant is easy to get to – just take your bike on the free ferry behind CS – and it's about a 10-min cycle. I think they have directions on their website (invaluable!). It's really pretty cool and great food...
